Job Summary We are looking for two experienced Draughtsmen to join our team in Swellendam, WC. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in architectural drafting and design, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for creating accurate and detailed drawings.Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings and plans for construction projects, including building layouts, elevations, and sections
- Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications
- Assist in the development of design concepts and participate in project meetings
- Review and edit drawings for accuracy and completeness
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and trends in drafting and designRequirements for Junior Draughtsman:
- Degree or diploma in architectural drafting or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in architectural drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skillsRequirements for Senior Draughtsman:
- Degree or diploma in architectural drafting or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in architectural drafting
- Extensive experience with AutoCAD and other drafting software
- Strong project management and leadership skills
