Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma in Draughting or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience working in a technical drawing office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and PDM software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of stainless steel, aluminium, and Alusteel materials.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of quality.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Effective administrative, planning, and supervisory skills.
• Ability to delegate tasks and lead a team when necessary.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and be proactive.
• A valid driver's license is advantageous.
• Strong collaborative skills, with an emphasis on teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creation and management of technical drawings for both internal production and external suppliers.
• Manage technical systems and ensure their effective operation.
• Program, nest, and operate robotic machinery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Generate flat patterns for production purposes.
• Design tools and assist in product development through research and design initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales team and clients to provide technical information and support.
• Maintain and update equipment manuals, brochures, and related documentation.
• Support the production team by developing engineering concepts and offering solutions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of ISO policies and procedures.
• Create detailed reports and presentations for technicians and management as required.
