Job Summary Roles and Responsibilities
3D Modelling to create accurate and detailed visual representations of designs.
Shop Drawings (Manufacturing Drawings) for fabrication and construction purposes.
Basic Spatial Layouts to optimize space and functionality in designs.
Bill of Material Scheduling (Revit) for precise material tracking and planning.
3D Rendering to produce high-quality visualizations of projects.
Client Meetings & Interactions to discuss project progress, requirements, and adjustments.
Manage Supplier & Sub-contractor Relationships to ensure smooth collaboration and timely project execution.Requirements:
Proven Portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality drawings.
Exceptional Problem-Solving Abilities to navigate design challenges efficiently.
Outstanding Communication Skills (Essential for effective collaboration in-house and externally).
Strong Organisational and Time Management Skills to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.
Creative Initiative with the ability to propose and develop innovative design solutions.
Proficient in Revit (with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in technical drawings and modelling).
Skilled in AutoCAD for detailed technical designs.
Experienced in 3D Rendering (Experience with Lumion or Twinmotion is a plus).
Team Player who thrives in a collaborative environment with structural designers, electricians, plumbers, and sub-contractors.
Quick to Learn New Software and adapt to evolving tools and technologies.
