About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Drilling Supervisor

with over

10 years of drilling experience

and a valid

Code 14 Driver's License

to oversee and coordinate drilling operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations while managing personnel, equipment, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

? Supervise and manage daily drilling operations, ensuring they are executed safely and efficiently.
? Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and team members to implement drilling plans.
? Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and company regulations.
? Maintain detailed reports of drilling activities, including daily drilling reports.
? Oversee the maintenance and operation of drilling equipment.
? Manage logistics, scheduling, and project budgets.
? Provide leadership, training, and technical guidance to the drilling team.
? Diagnose well problems, perform rig servicing, and oversee petroleum extraction processes.

? Experience in RC & Percussion drilling is a must.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of drilling experience

in mining, construction, or oil & gas.
?

Valid Code 14 Driver's License

(essential).
? Strong technical knowledge of drilling operations, safety protocols, and rig equipment.
? Experience in troubleshooting drilling equipment and well problems.
? Ability to manage teams, enforce safety policies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
? Physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
