Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:Senwes Equipment is looking for a Driver, responsible for the safe and efficient transfer of stock and equipment.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOBLoading & Unloading:

• Pack, load, and unload parcels onto trucks according to specifications.
• Manage a general worker to assist with these tasks.
• Ensure accurate unloading as per client specifications.
• Obtain delivery confirmations from each store and complete necessary administrative documents.

Safe Transportation:

• Ensure timely delivery of goods to predetermined branches.
• Review routes and parcels before delivery for efficiency.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Conduct pre-departure inspections of the vehicle.
• Ensure all maintenance on vehicles and trailers is up to standard.
• Adhere to all company policies regarding vehicle operation.

Customer Satisfaction:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our stores.

General Duties:

• Assist with any ad-hoc duties related to driving functions as requested.

• National Senior Certificate
• Valid Drivers Licence (Code 10)

• At least 5 years of relevant driving experience

Knowledge & Skills:

• General knowledge of vehicle maintenance and road safety
• Excellent time management skills
• Safety-oriented mindset
