Handed to relevant staff , Management to be informed immediately task cannot be completed
Vehicles to be collected as required ensuring quality/damage checks are done and relevant paperwork is completed
Liaise with relevant staff members before embarking on a task to ensure maximum number of tasks are performed efficiently
Ensure that the most efficient and safe routes are used
Ensure that vehicles are kept in good condition reporting faults and maintenance or service needs
Ensure that all documentation is accurately completed
Maintain accurate records of journeys completed by means of using a log book, delivery schedule
Customer Care
As a company representative ensure that all customer interactions are professional
Customers to be transported safely and courteously and in time to the required destinations
Ensure that vehicles are kept clean at all times
All customer queries and complaints to be handled professionally and referred to relevant management
Ensure that company name is not brought into disrepute
Alert management of any danger, delays or problems encountered when on the road
Risk Management
Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to with regard to cheque and cash collection
All cheques and cash collected to be counted and signed for
Ensure accident, damage and traffic offence free driving
Ensure that car policies, accident policies and driver policies are understood and adhered to.
Ensure that all safety procedures and legal requirements are adhered to

Position Overview
To ensure timely collection and delivery of documentation, vehicles, parts, transportation of staff and other related tasks by ensuring safety and adherence to road traffic rules and regulations in order to provide customers with professional service in compliance to the Company's values.

Specific Role Responsibilities
Collect all vehicles from other branches, customers, outside suppliers
Deliver vehicles to outside suppliers, other branches, customers and any other destination required
Transport customers who brought their vehicles for Service
Movement of vehicles in the workshop
Report all accidents and traffic offences to the Manager immediately
Work overtime when required
Take vehicles to roadworthy
Assist customers when in workshop or on showroom floor
Help customers to find vehicles when collecting vehicles
Move vehicles in and out of workshops and park

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Grade 12
1-3 years driving experience in a similar role / function
Valid driver's licence
