The preferred candidate should have a Motor vehicle license (at least code EB) with PDP, a License at least 12 months (valid).Entry-level requirements:

• Matric/ Grade 12
• 1 year experience as a Driver.
• Ability to perform routine maintenace checks and identify potential problems.
• Knowledge of recommended service intervals and the importance of regular maintenance.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

• Motor vehicle license (at least code BE) with PDP, License at least 12 months (valid)

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

• Plans daily trips and routes
• Transports employees/guests/goods
• Delivers mails
• Maintains vehicle
• Reports any incidents / issues / problems

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Delivering and collecting of mail to different departments on Gauteng Campus
• Delivering of monthly Account statements to various customers across Gauteng for Gauteng Branch
• Transporting of employees and guest to and from destinations.
• Ensure that Road Ordinances are followed.
• Ensure that vehicles are maintained and well looked after.
• Ensure that vehicles are licensed and compiling in accordance with the roads act.
• Ensure that Pre-Use checklist is compiled before work starts.
• Ensure to comply with Komatsu rules and regulations pertaining to vehicles, accidents & safe guarding.
• Be Presentable at all times and being an Ambassador for Komatsu
