Drivers - Cape TownFull job descriptionWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Code 14, 10 and 8 with PrDP - drivers to join our team. As a professional driver, you will be responsible for operating heavy-duty vehicles to transport goods and materials across the country. This is a challenging role that requires strong driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate heavy-duty vehicles with a gross vehicle weightTransport goods and materials local and across the country, adhering to strict delivery schedules and deadlinesMaintain accurate logs of trip mileage, hours of service, and other required documentationLoad and unload cargo safely and efficiently, ensuring that all products are properly secured for transportConduct pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with safety regulationsCommunicate effectively with dispatchers, other drivers, and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may ariseJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Temp to perm, Learnership, Internship, GraduateContract length: 12 monthsPay: From R157 530,00 per yearExpected hours: 45 xe2x80x93 70 per weekAbility to commute/relocate:Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
