Job Description
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Ability to follow corporate identity guidelines of various brands
- Format and layout various types of documents, including brochures, presentations, trade show material and other marketing materials.
- Edit and manipulate images, graphics, and other visual elements to enhance the overall design of documents.
- Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and formatting throughout all documents.
- Proofread documents to identify and correct errors in grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
- Maintain an organised file management system to effectively manage and store project files.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in desktop publishing software and techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
- Manage Adobe CC Libraries
- A diploma in graphic design or visual communications
- Proven experience as a Desktop Publishing (DTP) Operator or similar role.
- Excellent Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience
- A strong portfolio of current work
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with HTML & JavaScript
- Experience managing and scheduling email workflows.
- Ability to work independently
- Determined and driven
- Detailed oriented and meticulous

- Able to find innovative solutions
