R27,500 per month + R500 group life cover

The Role:
A leading company based in Woodstock, Cape Town, is looking for Dutch-speaking customer service agents to represent a prestigious global tech client. The successful candidate will handle customer queries in Dutch across various channels, providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing inbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
  • Delivering accurate information and problem-solving support
  • Ensuring professional, empathetic communication at all times
  • Working collaboratively with team members to meet service targets
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous
  • Permission to work in South Africa is essential
