You will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager in Europe and have a key role in guiding your team to success. - Experience in the sales world
- Experience leading a team
- Fluent Dutch Speaker
- Have a valid work permit to work in South Africa
- Ability to travel to Durban and or Europe when if required
- You have fast and reliable internet and a quiet working space at home
- You show initiative, are entrepreneurial and have a pragmatic approach to business.
- You have an HBO working and thinking level and have previously worked as a supervisor, team leader, coach or manager.
- Excellent communication skills and eye for detail
- Results-oriented, strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in the customer contact industry is an advantage.
