Our client is seeking a dedicated Duty Manager who is passionate about hospitality and ensuring the highest level of service for guests. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have excellent leadership and communication skills, we want to hear from you!DescriptionAs the Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising staff across various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage, to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to standards.
• Handling guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of guests.
• Monitoring and maintaining hotel facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of equipment.
• Assisting with staff training and development initiatives to uphold service excellence and promote a positive work environment.
• Managing shift schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
• Collaborating with other managers and departments to coordinate special events, promotions, and guest services.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office procedures, housekeeping standards, and food and beverage service.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications commonly used in hotel management.
