This is an important position in any company; you will be the face of the company so experience is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a 5 star experience for all our clients and staff.Main Purpose of the Job:Reporting to the Village Manager, the successful incumbent is expected to perform functions by assisting with the day to day operations of the Evergreen Village in order to achieve the business objectives of the Village as well as maintain the exceptional service standards expected in accordance with Evergreen Policies and Procedures.Education and experience required:Must have at least 3 years Hospitality experienceMust have good knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act RegulationsMust have valid Drivers License and own VehicleComputer LiterateMust be able to work shifts (07h00 - 15h00 / 15h00 - 23h00 / 23h00 - 07h00).REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES:To provide residents with a quality product / service as to ensure highest resident satisfaction.Improvement of service standards.To ensure good and effective communication of set objectives.Maintain a high level of personal service with all residents.Can make decisions that will benefit the Village, after consultation with and mutual agreement with the Village Manager.
