Duty Manager - GrahamstownJob SummaryRequirements:Relevant formal Hospitality qualification is advantageous.Experience in the hospitality industry essential.2 years experience in managerial position.Valid Drivers License essential.Customer service-oriented mindset.Enthusiastic individual with good communication skills.Ability to work shifts. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:Oversee daily operations as well as the restaurant.Restaurant preparation and service Breakfast, Lunch and dinner.Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.Supervise and support hotel staff to ensure high standards of service.Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction levels.Address and resolve any issues that may arise during a guests stay.Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.Assist other departments as needed.
