- Previous experience as a Duty Manager in a Big 5 reserve
- Valid RSA Drivers License
- Covid 19 vaccination
- ResRequest experience beneficial
- Excellent command of the English language both written and verbally
- Sound computer literacy
- Exceptional guest relations skills and ability to manage staff
- Great problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Good understanding of and ability to manage different departments
- Mature, responsible and sober habits
