Game Lodge looking for an outstanding DUTY MANAGERCandidate requirements:Must have tertiary eduction in Hospitality & Tourism
Must have a valid driver's license and PrPD
Previous experience in a similar position is essential, specifically in a supervisory level in the safari lodge environment
Must be computer literate in various software platforms
Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, committees, suppliers, members, and employees.
Ability to interact positively and professionally with supervisor, management, co-workers, members, and the public to promote a team effort and maintain a positive and professional approach.
Must have the ability to produce a high volume of work in a timely manner, which is accurate, complete, and of high quality.
Must have the ability to come to work regularly and on time, to follow directions, to take criticism, to get along with co-workers and supervisors, to treat co-workers, supervisors and members/guests with respect and courtesy, and to refrain from abuse, insubordinate and/or violent behaviour.
Responsible for Guest Hosting & Admin Related Duties. Duty Rosters, House Keeping Schedules, Guest Invoices, Indemnity Forms, Record Keeping, Answering of Telephones. Also Assists with Guests, Guest Queries, Answering of Emails, and Ordering of Materials.Start Date 1 October
