Job Description
TheDuty Managerwill be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of guest service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. This role involves overseeingGuest Relations, ensuring smooth front desk operations, managing staff training, and handling distinguished clientele with professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensureseamless guest experiencesby maintaining high service standards.
OverseeGuest Relations processesand ensure personal guest recognition.
Monitor staff performance to ensure professionalism and efficiency.
Assist inemployee relationsand team development.
Perform the duties of aGuest Relations Officer and Night Auditorwhen required.
Attend and contribute tomorning meetings.
Compile and manage staffrosters.
Develop and conducttraining programsfor newly recruited Guest Relations Officers.
Handleguest queriesefficiently and professionally.
Ensure allpolicies and proceduresare followed by the Guest Relations team.
Maintainattention to detailin all operational aspects.
Hospitality or Tourism diploma/certificatepreferred.
2-3 years of front desk experiencein a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
Passionate about thehospitality industryand guest experience.
Exceptionalinterpersonal and communication skills(written and verbal).
Ability to engage professionally withhigh-profile clientele.
Well-presented,friendly, outgoing, and professional.
Strong sense ofhonesty, accountability, and flexibility.
Excellent administrative and computer skills.
Willingness to worknight shiftswhen required.
Ability to work acrossdiverse cultures and religionswith respect and adaptability.
