As an authorised Microsoft Partner, they specialise in delivering full stack solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and related Microsoft Products like Power Platform. The organisation has a broad range of clients across many different industries, both locally based and international. You would join a certified team of consultants, developers, testers, business analysts, technical architects, and project managers.The RoleA Dynamics 365 Business Central developer develops apps that extend Business Central. This can include creating new modules and modifying existing modules. The developer can add new business logic or change existing business logic by using events. A developer also makes it possible to integrate Business Central with other applications, including Microsoft Power Platform products. Business Central developers are responsible for troubleshooting and debugging issues in the system. This may involve identifying the root cause of a problem, fixing bugs, and testing the solution to ensure it works as expected.Business Central developers may be required to optimize the performance of the system by identifying bottlenecks and improving code quality. Business Central developers are responsible for upgrading the system, migrating data, and maintaining the system to ensure it remains up to date and secureDuties will include, but not be limited to:

• Provide a hands-on development approach to the Software deployment throughout clients' sites
• Design, develop and maintain integration functions into existing platforms within the Business
• Assist with implementing new functionality and software upgrading
• Support end users with the system across all subsidiaries
• Ensure that the needs of users are met in accordance with service level agreements
• To take responsibility for highlighting areas of inadequacy and proposing steps for improvement
• Assist in moving clients to Business Central (Cloud)

• IT Degree or BTECH, if diploma then supplement qualifications to be explained.
• Relevant Microsoft Certifications will strengthen your application
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV / Navision
• SQL or any database development skills and experience
• IT process/framework (e.g. DevOps)
• Technically minded, with a financial background this is important as you will be developing financial systems used by companies
• Experience in ERP software development
• Microsoft Business Central AL Development experience would be first prize
• Full Stack Visual Studio C# and SQL Developer with Business Systems Experience (SAP, ORACLE, AX, others could work), Web Development skills not essential, this is more back-end
• Technical Business Central Consultant having MB800 certification looking to develop more.
