Job Description


This position is within the Citi MEA Early Career Talent Acquisition Team which comprises of Early Career recruitment and Program management. The job holder will support the development of a specific group of Citis early career populations through its program lifecycle.The role also includes involvement with Regional and Global recruitment and development projects.The MEA Early Career Talent Acquisition team directly supports Citi businesses in the recruitment and Program management of Graduate, Apprenticeship and Management associate hires.Responsibilities:Support the development of a cohort of Citis analyst, associate and apprenticeship populations through the management of well-executed programsAct as the HR point of contact for the assigned population according to business area and/or geographySupport the mid and long term career development of the assigned population by providing career coachingEnsure all Citi applicants receive an excellent candidate experience during their application journeyPartner with HR Generalists/Advisors and Employee Relations to solve any issues that develop within the assigned populationPartner with HR Generalists/Advisors and Regional Reward teams to complete the year-end performance management and compensation processEnsure that all program participants and managers are fully trained and briefed on all aspects of the program life-cycleDevelop analyst mentoring schemesManage the end-to-end talent acquisition delivery of the SSA Analyst and Internships programs.Partner with internal business stakeholders on setting the talent acquisition strategyAct as a credible business expert on early career talent acquisition market trendsEnsure best practice and fully compliant recruitment processes are followedKeep the candidate tracking system and candidate pipeline is updated on a day to day basisPlan and host interview days, assessment centres and other relevant selection/offer eventsAttend and lead the assessment centre wash up sessions with the relevant business stakeholdersSupport candidate engagement activityProduce candidate MI/statistics for both the business and early career talent acquisition colleaguesResponsible for initiating, monitoring and overseeing the performance management process for the assigned populationSupport the Early Career Talent Acquisition team regionally and globally on development projects and initiativesSource applicants, screen resumes, interview and assess candidates and provide list of qualified candidates to hiring managersAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:3-5 years of Early careers program management / learning and development experienceProcess oriented, data driven with experience.Proactive, strong communicator with the ability to work across organizational boundaries in order to deliverConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationJob Family Group: Human ResourcesJob Family: RecruitingTime Type: Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi) invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
