A minimum of a NQF level 6 ECD qualification or similar.
Over 10 years teaching and management experience.
Knowledge of Education systems with operational project planning, budgeting and implementation.
Experience in curriculum development, assessment, accreditation.
Exposure to marketing, networking and business management.
Team building experience coupled with coaching and mentoring.
Comfortable with MS Office and other IT applications.
Have a valid Drivers license and be prepared to travel within Gauteng and beyond as per support centre requirements.
A passion to advocate for the rights of every young child, and for the development of people in struggling communities in South Africa.

To provide strategic oversight of ECD Centres and to support the owners in their roles.
Co-responsible for planning and establishing new ECD Support Centres, as opportunities arise.
Overseeing ECD Support Centre budgets, sourcing funding opportunities, and ensuring spending is kept within planned budget amounts.
Ensuring effective and targeted standard training and development programmes are offered, to assist Support Centre members.
To engage in marketing and networking initiatives to promote donor relationships, fund development and building programme impact.
To lead in the management, development and support of team members.
Supervising weekly activities of the Young Children model, that are conducted in the different Support Centres, to ensure alignment with Young Childrens vision for ECD Centres.
