Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) Technical training would be essential
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in online retail sales, with a strong understanding of e-commerce business models
Proven track record of working with e-commerce companies, including managing product listings, optimizing sales performance, executing promotional strategies, and driving revenue growth on the platform
Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with online retail partners, ensuring smooth operations and consistent performance improvements
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to interpret sales trends, forecast demand, and create actionable insights for business growth
Experience in managing budgets, setting sales targets, and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced, competitive environment
