We're looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to build and optimize our online presence. In this role, you'll work directly with the CEO to create and execute our ecommerce strategy.Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management:

• Work with developers to build a top-notch ecommerce site
• Run A/B tests to boost conversion rates and improve user experience
• Optimize online touchpoints to drive growth
• Merchandising:

• Manage the product catalog, taxonomy, and feeds
• Collaborate with marketing on product launches and campaigns
• Tech Stack Development:

• Evaluate and integrate new tools for a robust ecommerce platform
• Ensure smooth integration with paid advertising channels
• Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Monitor ecommerce metrics and offer actionable insights
• Regularly report on KPIs to inform strategy

RequirementsMust-Have:

• 3-5 years of experience in DTC ecommerce management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with ecommerce platforms and analytics tools (Shopify).
• Proven track record of improving conversion rates and user experience.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt to a startup environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with emerging ecommerce technologies and tools.
