R20 000 CTC highly negotiable and dependent on experienceJoin a growing, tech-driven e-commerce team where efficiency, innovation, and customer experience are everything. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and knows how to keep operations moving smoothly.Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years in e-commerce operations, admin, or systems coordination
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, automation)
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Takealot or Amazon
- Familiarity with accounting/stock systems and automation tools
- Highly organised, tech-savvy, and customer-focused
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly
- Oversee daily business operations and stock movement
- Maintain listings and pricing across e-commerce platforms
- Monitor order fulfilment and assist with customer queries
- Use AI tools and automation to streamline processes
- Keep financial and inventory records accurate and up to date
- Step in with logistics and packaging when needed
