Job Summary Position: E-Commerce Picking and Packing Supervisor Our client is looking for a dynamic E-Commerce Picking and Packing Supervisor to join their team in the Midrand area. Our client's e-commerce division has witnessed substantial growth in recent years, creating a fast-paced, innovative, and performance-driven environment. They are currently seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented E-Commerce Picking and Packing Supervisor to join their team in the Midrand warehouse . The ideal candidate will possess a customer-centric attitude with a strong passion for detail and aesthetics, ideally with experience in retail, production, or picking and packing processes emphasizing quality and customer experience. Requirements: A completed National Senior Certificate (matric / Grade 12) or NQF level 4 qualification. At least three years' experience in a production, retail, e-commerce, and/or warehouse environment. Fluent in Afrikaans Experience in staff management. Demonstrate a target-oriented and performance-driven attitude. Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively, with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail and excellence. Ability to adapt to and implement change effectively. Sustained high energy levels. A creative approach to solving day-to-day challenges. A strong sense of ambition. Available to work on weekends and public holidays. Computer literate (Microsoft Office apps). Responsibilities: Oversee picking and packing activities, whilst ensuring that orders are packed according to company standards, with a strong focus on the unboxing experience and quality of the packages. Manage corporate orders according to prescribed instructions. Ensure that preparation is done for seasonal offerings (Easter, Wine Club, Christmas, etc.). Manage order volume by ensuring that packing productivity is met. Enforce basic food hygiene and safety measures. Manage picking and packing teams: Provide continuous engagement and training for new products and specifications. Develop and implement standard operating procedures. Set performance indicators and ensure that targets are met. Drive continuous improvement.
