Renowned Wine Farm is looking for an E-COMMERCE PICKING AND PACKING SUPERVISORRequirements:

A completed National Senior Certificate (matric / Grade 12) or NQF level 4 qualification.
At least three years experience in a production, retail, e-commerce, and/or warehouse environment.
Fluent in English & Afrikaans (verbal & written)
Experience in staff management.
Demonstrate a target-oriented and performance-driven attitude.
Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively, with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail and excellence.
Ability to adapt to and implement change effectively.
Sustained high energy levels.
A creative approach to solving day-to-day challenges.
A strong sense of ambition.
Available to work on weekends and public holidays.
