Website & Online Platform Management Maintain and update the companys e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimized booking process.
Product & Package Listings Manage and update travel packages, descriptions, pricing, and availability across all digital platforms.
SEO & Digital Marketing Implement SEO strategies and digital marketing campaigns to increase online visibility and attract customers.
Social Media & Content Marketing Assist in managing social media pages, creating engaging travel content, and running promotional campaigns.
E-Commerce Sales & Revenue Growth Drive online sales by optimizing the user journey, increasing conversions, and upselling travel services.
Booking System Integration Ensure smooth integration of booking systems, payment gateways, and CRM tools.
Customer Engagement & Support Provide online customer support, respond to inquiries, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Data Analytics & Reporting Track and analyse website traffic, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness to make data-driven improvements.
Requirements:
2 3 years in e-commerce /digital marketing.
Proficiency in website management (similar CMS), Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media marketing.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the travel/tourism industry is preferred.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of online advertising, PPC, and email marketing strategies.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, track performance, and make strategic recommendations.
