Education Lecturer

Our client in the Higher Education industry is currently looking for an Education Lecturer, in Cape Town, Western Cape.Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures and tutorials on education theory, methodology, and teaching practices.
Create an interactive and stimulating learning environment for education students.
Develop and update learning materials, ensuring they are aligned with academic requirements.
Monitor and evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations.
Participate in curriculum development and research initiatives.
Provide mentoring and academic support to students to enhance their learning journey.

Requirements:

Honours or Master's Degree in Education, Educational Psychology, or related fields.
Knowledge of South African education policies and standards.
Experience in teacher training or education administration is advantageous.
Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
