Are you a master of organization and deadlines? We're looking for an Assessment Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic, process-driven environment to join our Academics Division. This role is crucial in handling the flow of exam scripts and ensuring all assessments are processed accurately and timely.
Experience:
Grade 12
3-5 years of administrative experience.
Detail-oriented.
A problem solver who can manage multiple tasks and stick to a tight schedule.
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable with modern tech platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the incoming and outgoing exam scripts, ensuring everything is in order and up to date.
Quality assure, capture, and release all marks into our system meticulously.
Provide support to Programme Coordinators and assist with various administrative tasks.
Your Day-to-Day:
You'll spend a large part of your day processing and allocating exam scripts.
Verify and manage exam documentation, ensuring every detail matches up.
Engage in administrative duties to support the marking and feedback process.
