Are you the go-to person for getting things organized and done on time? We're looking for an Assessment Coordinator who is a whiz at handling a bunch of tasks like sorting exam papers, keeping track of scores, and making sure everything is done by the deadline.
Requirements:
You're great at managing your time and can handle a busy schedule.
You have at least 3-5 years of experience in admin roles.
You're comfortable with using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Previous experience with Moodle with be an advantage (not essential)
What You'll Be Doing:
Receive and sort incoming and outgoing exam scripts, assessments and assignments from students and send them off to markers.
QA, capture and release markets on systems
Allocation and returning scripts and assignments from markers
Keep track of all exam results and make sure they are entered into our system correctly.
General administration - Lend a hand with other tasks that come up, helping keep our academic programs running smoothly.
