Educational requirements:
Grade 12
1-2 years customer service experience
MS office proficient
Duties and Responsibilities:
Transfers
Processing and submission of authorization vouchers
Social media customer services and query handling
Cancellations – effective response and salvaging
Achieve targets
Reporting and administration
General administration and adhoc duties
