We are looking for a Junior Programme Administrator to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various high school programs. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of educational initiatives, ensuring effective communication with students, faculty, and parents, and contributing to the overall success of our educational programs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and organization of high school programs and events.
Coordinate logistics for various educational activities, including scheduling, room reservations, and resource allocation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student participation and progress.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and faculty regarding program details and updates.
Provide administrative support to program leaders and educators.
Assist in the development and distribution of program materials.
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
