Create learning material that facilitates effective learning experiences, catering to the needs of diverse learners and leveraging educational technology to enhance the educational process.
Educational Requirements:
Completed or involved in NQF Level 8
3 years industry/Lecturing experience
Content Creation for learning materisl Specific fields:
Web and Mobile App Development
Software Development
Robotics
Maching learning
Ethical Hacking
Data Analtics
Cloud computing
artificial Intelligence
Cyber security
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of the subject matter assigned, staying abreast of current trends, theories and advancements
Research and analysis
Content accuracy
Create educational materials
Assessment tools
Design assessments, tests, quizzes to evaluate learners understanding and progress
Adapt for diverse learners including different learning styles, abilities and backgrounds.
Incorporate varied instructional methods and multimedia elements to accommodate diverse learning preferences
Alignment with educational standards
Ensure materials align with established educational standards, guidelines, and learning outcomes
Engaging and motivating learner
Use instructional design principles to create content that is informative, engaging and motivating
Time Management, meeting project deadlines and maintain high standards of quality
