About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Engineering Lecturer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Engineering, coupled with a passion for teaching and inspiring the next generation of engineers.
Requirements:
BTech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in Maths N4/N5/N6.
Previous teaching/lecturing or training experience is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions in various areas of Civil Engineering.
Develop and update course materials to ensure alignment with industry standards and technological advancements.
Provide guidance and mentorship to students to support their academic and professional growth.
Conduct assessments, examinations, and provide constructive feedback to students.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Civil Engineering and incorporate relevant advancements into teaching materials.
