Duties and Responsibilities of the Group Sales Manager:
Drive business growth
Identify areas to be expanded and developed
Manage contracts and vendors
Developing strategic initiatives and commercial plans to grow the commercial footprint and manage the business development function of the organization.
Leading the commercial team to reach commercial targets
Evaluating and adjust performance and develop processes that drive commerce
Develop brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans and use a variety of data to drive volume and profitability
Focus on achieving brand business objectives both short term and long term
Generating commercial business through extensive and professional networking
Deliver superior customer service
Troubleshoot queries
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various seniority level
Generate sales forecasting for key clients and report on actual vs forecast
Budgeting and reporting
Prepare commercial, KPI and Exco reports for delivery
Growth, development, and management of the commercial team
Represent the organization at tradeshows and events
