Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, information technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus, not essential.
Proven experience in digital operations, project management, or a related role.
A deep understanding of digital technologies, tools, and industry trends.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is desirable.
Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy:
Develop and execute operational strategies that align with our digital goals and objectives.
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the digital domain.
Collaborate with senior management to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for digital operations.
Project Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital projects from start to finish.
Coordinate project resources, timelines, and budgets for successful project outcomes.
Proactively manage project risks and issues, making necessary adjustments to maintain project success.
Team Leadership:
Manage and inspire a team of digital professionals, including project managers, analysts, and coordinators.
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to nurture the professional growth of your team.
Cultivate a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Process Optimization:
Evaluate existing digital processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
Streamline and optimize operational processes to boost productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
Implement best practices and industry standards to drive operational excellence.
Performance Monitoring:
Keep a watchful eye on key performance metrics and analytics tied to digital initiatives.
Analyze data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work hand in hand with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, finance, and customer support, to align digital operations with broader business goals.
Engage with external partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure seamless execution of digital projects.
Change Management:
Champion the adoption of new digital tools, technologies, and processes throughout the organization.
