We are seeking a dynamic and committed Lecturer specializing in NATED Specialist Educare (N5-N6) to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging and interactive online lectures to our students while being based onsite in either Johannesburg, Durban, or Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive lesson plans and curriculum materials for NATED Specialist Educare (N5-N6) modules.
Deliver stimulating online lectures using diverse instructional methods and technologies.
Cultivate a supportive and interactive learning environment conducive to student growth and success.
Provide timely feedback and assessment of student performance.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance course content and delivery strategies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate relevant information into lectures.

Qualifications and Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Educare, Education, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in teaching NATED Specialist Educare (N5-N6) modules.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in online teaching platforms and tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Passion for education and dedication to student achievement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the early childhood development field.
Previous experience teaching online courses.
Familiarity with assessment and evaluation methodologies.
Location: This position is based onsite in either Johannesburg, Durban, or Cape Town. However, the lecturer will primarily deliver lectures online to students across various locations.
