We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lecturer specializing in NATED Specialist Human Resources Management (N4-N6) to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging and interactive online lectures to our students while being based onsite in either Johannesburg, Durban, or Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive lesson plans and curriculum materials for NATED Specialist Human Resources Management (N4-N6) modules.
Deliver dynamic online lectures using a variety of instructional methods and technologies.
Foster a supportive and interactive learning environment conducive to student success.
Provide timely feedback and assessment of student progress.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance course content and delivery methods.
Stay updated on industry trends and integrate relevant information into lectures.

Qualifications and Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in teaching NATED Specialist Human Resources Management (N4-N6) modules.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in online teaching platforms and technologies.
