This process aligns with the academic planner, factsheet, and any additional academic requirements. The Junior Academic Vetting Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with academic regulations for admissions across the institution.

Educational Requirements:
Relevant Qualification
1 year of experience in Higher Education, preferably in a program management or coordinator role
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in both face-to-face and distance learning
High competency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
Knowledge and experience in regulatory affairs, policies, and processes

Key Responsibilities:
Academic Vetting: Evaluate and approve or decline students based on academic requirements and factsheets.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to academic regulations throughout the admission processes.
Student Onboarding: Oversee all processes related to student onboarding, from initial contact to advising, full registration, and seamless progression through consecutive years of study.
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of academic officers during student engagement and academic vetting for admission purposes.

Support to Sales Staff: Provide expertise and support to sales staff in handling academic inquiries.
