About the Role: We are currently seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Lecturer in Management. The ideal candidate will hold an Honours degree in Business Management and will have a passion for teaching and developing future leaders in the field of management.

Requirements:
Honours degree in Business Management or a related field.  – Hons level essential
Previous teaching experience in higher education institutions or professional training settings is preferred.
Strong knowledge and expertise in various management disciplines, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster an inclusive and collaborative learning environment.
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of current research and best practices in management education.

Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality lectures and seminars in various management topics
Develop and update course materials to ensure alignment with current industry practices and theoretical frameworks.
Engage students through interactive teaching methods, case studies, and practical exercises to enhance their understanding and application of management concepts.
Provide academic guidance and support to students, including mentoring and advising on academic and career-related matters.
Assess student learning outcomes through assignments, exams, and other evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on emerging trends and developments in the field of management and integrate relevant insights into teaching and research activities.
