Educational Requirements:
Relevant Qualifications
Prior experience in national contact centre management
Proficiency in MS Office

Duties and Responsibilities:
As the National Contact Centre Manager, you will be responsible for:
Daily operations and resource management to ensure efficiency
Collaboration with brand partners and third-party suppliers
Motivating and coordinating contact centre staff, including recruitment
Developing and implementing call centre strategies
Conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, and cost-benefit analyses
Setting and achieving performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales, and quality
Maintaining up-to-date communication records and data
Advising brands on products and services
Resolving issues through effective communication
Monitoring and enhancing call quality and staff performance
Managing staffing, including shifts and workforce requirements
Coaching, motivating, and retaining staff
Administering bonus, reward, and incentive programs
 Analyzing data against budget figures on a regular basis
