Are you an experienced and motivated sales leader with a passion for driving results? We are currently seeking a dynamic Call Centre Sales Manager to join our team in Pinetown. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of our call centre sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Performance Management: Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing coaching and feedback to enhance productivity and results.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and meet organizational objectives.
Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to equip the team with product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the call centre.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record in call centre sales management with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a thorough understanding of sales methodologies.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
