Overview: Manage and oversee reporting activities within the call centre, focusing on lead tracking, productivity analysis, and providing essential support to the sales team and management through comprehensive reporting.
Educational Requirements:
Grade 12
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a demonstrated ability to export, generate, and pivot reports (please clearly specify Excel skill level and knowledge on CV)
Previous administration experience within a call centre/Customer service centre environment
MS Office proficient
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting:
Generate reports on daily statistics, productivity, and leads usage
Compile reports for management on stats and leads
Create daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports
Monitor and distribute leads to the contact center team
Utilize multiple systems as required by the contact center for reporting purposes
Sales Desk Administration:
Administer sales desk activities
Handle customer advisor queries
Perform ad hoc sales duties
