Requirements:
Grade 12 qualification
Proven experience in team leadership
Ability to manage both internal (call center) and external (field sales agents) teams
Preferably, industry experience in tertiary academics
Responsibilities:
Monitor and motivate team members to achieve sales budgets
Generate sales through telephonic and face-to-face consultations
Provide excellent customer service
Handle sales-related administration accurately and efficiently, including CRM data entry and call stat reporting
Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and participate in product training
Utilize ICAS, Goldmine, Dorado, and CRM systems effectively
Perform general administration tasks
Liaise effectively with students
Continuously develop and apply product knowledge to enhance sales performance
