The successful candidate will lead and manage the Postgraduate Diploma in Management (NQF8) and Advanced Project Management courses, contributing to the faculty’s mission of delivering excellent education and fostering a vibrant academic environment.

Qualifications & Experience:
A Master’s degree in Business or a related field within Commerce.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic teaching and research supervision at the postgraduate level.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in teaching Project Management.
Proven track record of research and publications in accredited academic journals.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Desirable Skills:
PhD in a relevant field is highly advantageous.
Experience in developing online and blended learning courses.
Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery and continuous development of the Postgraduate Diploma in Management and Advanced Project Management modules.
Conduct and supervise high-quality research, contributing to the faculty's research objectives and publications.
Supervise and mentor postgraduate students in their coursework, research, and dissertations.
Develop and update curriculum in line with the latest academic and industry trends.
Engage in the administration of the department’s academic programs.
Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and other service roles within the university.
Collaborate with industry and academic professionals to enhance program relevance and impact.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
