Job Summary Education: - Grade 12 or equivalent - B.Tech/B.Eng/B.Sc qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Experience: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in electrical and electronic engineering, preferably in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or industrial settings. Primary Responsibilities 1. Design and Development: Design electrical systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, cleanroom facilities, and process automation solutions, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. 2. System Integration: Integrate electrical and electronic systems with HVAC, cleanroom, and production equipment, ensuring seamless operation and communication between components. 3. Installation Oversight: Lead the installation, configuration, and commissioning of electrical systems in new or existing manufacturing facilities, ensuring quality and efficiency. 4. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic issues in manufacturing systems, ensuring minimal downtime and continuous production. 5. Testing and Validation: Conduct tests to ensure that electrical systems function according to design specifications and meet all GMP and FDA standards for the pharmaceutical industry. 6. Automation and Control: Engage with internal and external stakeholders in the development and programming PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.JorDan HRRecruiter
