Job Description
Job Purpose:
To perform tasks and activities associated with construction, general maintenance and repair work
to electrical infrastructure.
Key Responsibility AreasKey Responsibility Areas:
- Undertakes the operation of equipment and general labouring tasks as directed.
- Prepares tools and materials for use by the Supervisor, keeping them ready for tasks at hand
- Undertakes the loading, coupling and de-coupling of trailers, compressors and other relevant equipment to vehicles for towing purposes.
- Checks the operating condition, connecting and starting equipment and machinery in
- Performs the physical installation, positioning of electrical equipment and installation and
- Inspects work sites services for suspected tampering and illegal connections in conjunction
- Cleans work sites, store equipment and tools and load materials prior to departure from work site.
- Complies with safety standards and ensures a safe working environment.
