The company offers a dynamic environment and the chance to work on cutting-edge projects in commercial and residential sectors.As an Electrical Building Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing electrical designs for building services, including commercial projects and data centers. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Providing expert advice on energy-efficient solutions and innovative technologies, you will engage with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and offer ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle. Your role also includes preparing and maintaining detailed project documentation, ensuring all electrical installations meet quality and safety standards, and conducting necessary inspections and tests. Compliance with regulatory standards and collaborating with in-house drawing staff and external contractors will be key to the successful completion of projects.Job experience and Skills Required:
- Eng or B. Tech Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' working experience in the Building Services Commercial, Data Centres, etc.
- Prof Registration: Pr. Eng or Pr. Tech Eng. will be an added advantage.
