Job Summary Our client, a power solutions company have offices in Somerset West and Johannesburg is looking for a Junior Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic team in their Somerset West Office asap. The successful candidate will work on some off the grid projects and travel to clients who are on luxury safari lodges and game farms in Southern Africa as well as work on local clients projects. The ideal candidate is someone that is confident and willing to deal with problems or new tasks and that can get things done. The position entails a lot of design work as well as cost benefits, building solutions and assisting clients to identify the best solutions to their current situations. Requirements: B.Sc. or BTech Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is essential. 3 - 8 years working experience working in a consulting engineering company. Mechanical Design experience is essential. Electrical Design experience is essential. Building solutions experience is required. Solar and generator work experience required. Microgrid experience is beneficial. Area: Somerset West Salary offered: R50 000 - R80 000 per month (depending on experience). Starting date: As soon as possible.
