ELECTRICAL ENGINEERLocation: Northern CapeRemuneration: R 1.6 xe2x80x93 R 2.4 m paClosing Date: 19 August 2024KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:To manage and coordinate all the engineering activities as per assigned section/plant and ensure that the legal responsibility as required by statutory requirements are adhered to, which includes: xe2x80xa2 Legal responsibility appointment xe2x80xa2 Tactical strategy xe2x80xa2 Budget and cost control xe2x80xa2 Implement change initiatives xe2x80xa2 Optimization xe2x80xa2 Stakeholder relations xe2x80xa2 Sectional/functional services / organizational structure xe2x80xa2 Contractor management xe2x80xa2 Manage engineering workshop facilities xe2x80xa2 Support function xe2x80xa2 Engineer operations process and systems xe2x80xa2 Capital projects and expansions xe2x80xa2 People Management xe2x80xa2 SHERQ adherence and compliance (in own area of work) xe2x80xa2 Work EthicsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Government Certificate of Competence (Mines and Works)
- Post graduate qualification (MBA, MBL, MDP, or ARM Management or Leadership equivalent (Recommended)
- Total of 8 yearsxe2x80x99 experience within a mining plant environment, including a minimum of 2 years post GCC management experience in plant area
