Job SummaryIn collaboration with our esteemed client in the stainless steel manufacturing sector, Hire Resolve is actively seeking a highly competent and experienced Electrical Engineer. As the Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining electrical systems and components, ensuring their efficient operation and compliance with industry standards and regulations.Responsibilities

• Manage the High Tension Electrical Maintenance Team
• Oversee HT supply and distribution for the entire facility
• Ensure health and safety of all employees in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Implement Engineering and Maintenance procedures to optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness and Cost Management
• Align the team with production to execute the maintenance plan
• Improve quality and efficiency to achieve KPIs
• Ensure safety and legal compliance
• Manage maintenance activities
• Conduct root cause failure analysis
• Implement corrective actions and improvement management
• Manage and develop personnel
• The individual will operate across multiple disciplines over a broad area involving a number of different technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of B Engineering in Electrical Engineering
• More than 5 years of experience in Heavy Industry
• At least 4 years of experience in a position responsible for people management
• Legal compliance certification in terms of the OHSACT (GCC - Factories)
• Training in Maintenance Principles and Practices
• Management Development training will be an advantage
• Computer literate
• Ability to work under pressure and meet work deadlines with attention to detail

Skills Required

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
• Proficiency in legal compliance, particularly in the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Training in Maintenance Principles and Practices
• Computer literacy

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail
